Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other locations that our carriers cannot serve.

Order processing:
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time:
After your order is dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost:
- Orders of US$59 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under US$59 have a standard shipping fee of US$6.

Shipping confirmation:
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Address accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at service@tiichoo.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
