Hate that I need these but happy I have them.

I would have given these five stars if the legs were a little tighter but have to say they do the job. Also wish they could have been just a little thinner too but as I say they do the job. Never leaks, the colors are nice and they are great quality.

Comfortable, Reliable, and Perfect for Your Care Needs

I purchased these for my elderly mother, and they have been perfect for what we needed them for. They provide great absorbency and coverage while being much more comfortable than the alternatives we had tried before. The high-waist design offers a secure fit without being restrictive, and the material is soft and comfortable for all-day wear. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable option.

Better than I expected

Bought these for incontinence leaks. Comfortable enough, not bulky like a diaper, no fake deoderizor odor either. The waistband is a little wide and the bottom is a bit baggy. After I stitched a bit, they fit better and I still liked the look. Hubby calls them my sexy granny panties.

A little tight, but work well

I normally wear a size 16/XL for bottoms and ordered these in an XL. They fit, but they do feel like compression/shapewear. It's high waisted and hits just below my belly button, but the waistband immediately rolls down under my gut. It doesn't bother me too much, but I could see it being a problem for others. I am usually using the heavy overnight pads and this did really well as a substitute. I did get a tiny bit of leakage (shorts not sheets) on my heaviest night but that was the only time. I really like that it comes in a set of 5 and I do believe I will save money in the long term not buying as many disposable products.

Work surprisingly well with caveat of odor control

Never did I think I'd consider using period underwear. No matter how full (or not) my pad is, I have to replace it during every bathroom trip. I cannot reuse them so I didn't think I'd be able to handle this especially for 8 hours straight. The fit is tight around my waist which I didn't love at first but got used to it. Also around my legs which is good to avoid leaks. I wore these on a lighter day because I'll admit I was scared of a mess. But I can't believe how well these absorb. When I would touch the underwear, it didn't feel wet, which I expected and was afraid of. The one thing that still has me thinking I'm not sure is the odor control. I'm just at home and maybe more hyper aware of this, but I did notice that it didn't exactly mask odor, which during this time as you know isn't great. Now it wasn't bad or horribly strong, but still something. So that would deter me from wearing them outside the house. Another thing is that I tend to get clots a couple times during my cycle. Every time I feel one I run to the bathroom to change. I didn't get any while trying these but I'd like to report back on that. I'm not sure if it just hangs out or somehow gets absorbed (it hanging out would drive me crazy if I wasn't near a bathroom). I did also wash these in cold water and dried on low heat before wearing and it didn't cause any issues. Overall, I'm impressed except for the two caveats I mentioned.

Great for overnight light protection

I’ve given time to wearing these and I don’t have any major complaints. I’ve wore them with the lighter days of my cycle overnight and to work and I’ve had no problems. I can’t speak on super heavy flows, but for general and little flow, these have been perfect. I like not having to wear panty liners or pads or tampons. These are a good replacement on the ecofriendly side and for health purposes (we know tampons and other materials have toxins). They are comfortable and very modest coverage. The sizing worked well for me too.The style is pretty true to the pictures so I don’t need to share more. The pink color is closer to a pink nude. They are very high rise… they come higher than some of my higher fit jeans so something to consider if you want something to wear out of the house with a crop top or something where more stomach shows. The black are my favorite color. They definitely could give off a diaper look with the absorbent pad outline you see. It makes me laugh, but others may be more self-conscious around your partner. I’ve wore these plenty of times without shorts/pants to sleep and have experienced no issues. Like I said, these style just may give off granny panties but are you really trying to show off during this time of the month? The only negative I see is the funky band in the waist. It is one thick 1-2” band that occasionally gets folded. It is sewn into the fabric, so it isn’t hard to straighten out on the bottom, but it does happen. I’ve wondered if you took a needle and thread to a few extra points along the underwear if this would solve the problem. Just as a connective piece- nothing major. Overall, it doesn’t bother me too bad just something to note occurs.

Very Good

I have been wearing these during that 'time of month' and it has saved me from embarrassment on numerous times. I cannot trust tampons 100% of the time but I trust these. They are also very comfortable to wear even as regular underwear.LIKES+ Function+ Quality+ Fit & Comfort+ Machine WashFAIR: ValueDISLIKES- None

Leak proof, love them!

I was a little skeptical because of how many pairs you get for the price but these are excellent! They are high quality, comfortable, made of nice material, and truly leak proof! The fit is exactly as expected and honestly super comfortable. They don’t dig in in odd places and have a good amount of coverage. The lining isn’t super bulky but still absorbs what it needs to and covers the full area comfortably. They are not the most ‘breathable’ feeling period undies I’ve tried, but not bad, definitely not plastic-like either. I’ve been really impressed with them so far, they’re easy to wash and I love that I save money not buying disposable products and can use something more eco conscious. Love them, highly recommend!

Comfortable and effective

These underwear have super soft material with stretch. The color choices are great. Comes in a 5 pack. They provide great absorbency. I know these are "period panties", but I purchased for accidental urine leakage protection. They are very comfortable, stay in place, and breathable. They are high waisted and stay in place. They also provide a snug fit around the tummy area without rolling down. Very nice panties. See pictures for measurements. The pictures with my hands in it to show the placement of the super absorbent padding from front to back. Size Medium (6-8).

Very high-quality and true to size

These period panties are a total game changer. The first thing I noticed is how lightweight they are. Unlike most period underwear brands that feel thick, bulky, and hot, these are incredibly breathable and comfortable. I honestly can’t get over how airy they feel compared to the others I’ve tried. They fit true to size, which I really appreciate. They are slightly more high-waisted than I originally intended, but it actually works well. Most women my size benefit from a bit more coverage and support, so it ended up being perfectly fine.I’ve now washed and dried them, and I’m happy to report they still look and feel high-quality. The fabric held up beautifully, the stitching is intact, and there’s no stretching, thinning, or distortion. They maintained their shape and comfort perfectly. No overheating, no bulkiness — just soft, breathable protection that actually lasts. Highly recommend!

These are great to wear over night

These look a little large when you first take them out of the package, but once on, the fit makes sense. The high-waisted design provides full coverage and feels secure, especially on heavier days.I really appreciate the higher cut and full-coverage style during my period — they feel protective without being bulky. The material is soft and stretchy, and they don’t feel stiff or overly thick when wearing them. The absorbent layer feels well constructed and gives extra peace of mind. They’re not the most minimal or “cute” option, but for comfort, coverage, and practicality, they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Great option for heavier flow days or overnight wear.

Specialized undergarments

These are surprisingly comfortable and breathable.OK I am going to talk straight, woman to woman -- these are not going to absorb much flow, hun. These are more like a built-in panti-liner.I am going to speak very bluntly, so if you don't like it, then this probably is the wrong listing for you. I recommend these undergarments for people (even guys who might be more gracile down there) who might experience the symptoms of "leaky butt" due to side effect from medication, but not full fledged fecal incontinence. If you don't know what I am talking about, consider yourself blessed. I also recommend these garments for women who have spotting due to irritating side effects from contraceptive methods, or ovarian cysts, the last days of your post partum paradise, perimenopause, or tampon malfunctions.Speaking as a woman in her '50's, over the course of your life, if you DON'T need these undergarments, you might be a store mannequin, rather than a flesh and blood human being. I don't want to scare all you young folks. Just have a good time and take things as they come. But these underwear are better than having stained up panties from your periods.

Absorbent but not seamless

These period panties are very comfortable and absorbent. There haven’t been any leaks so far! They fit true to size, but keep in mind that they are high-waisted. If you prefer more coverage and support, that’s a great feature. The only downside is that they are not seamless in the back. The seams definitely show through when wearing leggings (see reference photos). If visible seams don’t bother you — or if you plan to wear them with looser pants — they’re a great option.

Comfortable but may leak

These underwear are very soft and comfortable. The high waist fit is not noticeable or bulky. They are very wearable for everyday use. However, there is a leak issue when sitting. I got these for incontinence issues. Initially, there was absorbency of minor leak while walking so I assumed everything was fine. Then I sat down for a little while. Within 30 minutes of sitting, I realized that there was leakage of what I thought had been absorbed onto my pants. So, be aware that these work great when standing. But once moisture exists, it may leak when you sit down. I will continue to use them for everyday wear but I’m not confident they will work as designed.

These underwear do not leak!

These TIICHOO period underwear do not leak! I first looked into incontinence underwear for my mother in law who was having issues. She wouldn’t / couldn’t use them, but I still get hundreds of ads for them. The main brand is $10 higher for a 5 pack.I read that the average woman loses 2 to 4 tbs off blood during a menstrual cycle. That would mean on heavy days, you could lose 1 tablespoon. I poured 2 tablespoons of water into the crotch. I then hung them from my shower rod and was amazed they did not leak. The area was wet for a few minutes, but they are super absorbentI ordered an xl and they are large. They are very comfortable. The quality is first rate. The crotch area does feel like a swim diaper, kind of squishy, but when you are wearing them you don’t notice. They are very high waisted. They are 95% viscose and 5% spandex. They look fine under clothing.I think these would be great for mild incontinence , if you lose some urine when you cough or sneeze. They recommend you rinse with cold water, wash on mild and tumble dry low or hang to dry. This is a great price because regular underwear cost this much.

Surprisingly Reliable, Comfy, and Leak‑Free

These turned out to be better than I expected. I was a little skeptical at first, but they’ve been great so far — no leaks, even on heavier days, and the high‑waist fit is comfortable without feeling bulky. They also come in different colors, which is a nice change from the usual plain options. Overall, they’re reliable, comfortable, and definitely worth trying if you want extra protection and peace of mind.

Period panties

Period underwear! I have always wanted to try these! They come in a variety of colors sets. They feel slightly thick in the inside padding. They also look and feel waterproof/fluid proof. Snug fitting soft material, full coverage rear.

Really high waisted...

I wish these period panties existed when I was younger, too. For those days when flows are really heavy, just for peace of mind that you won't stain wherever you sit, these panties are worth the price, even though iit'son the higher side. The fabric is viscose and spandex for some stretch that you need. They are very soft and feel like a hug when you need it the most. Yes, it's high-waisted, which is welcome when your tummy is not cooperating. The absorbent padding does not extend all the way to the back, but it covers well and does its job effectively. I got this for my niece, and she was blown away. They are quality-made. Stretch and support in the right places. She no longer dreads those days. Just follow the washing instructions. 5 stars all the way.

Reliable Protection, but the Fit Runs a Bit Large

This TIICHOO 5‑pack of high‑waist period underwear does exactly what you want it to do: it works. The absorbency is solid for heavy‑flow days, and they give you that extra peace of mind when leaks are the last thing you want to think about. I even wore them under white fencing knickers — a true test — and they held up beautifully with no show‑through or surprises. The only drawback is the sizing. They run slightly big, and because they’re a full high‑waist cut, that extra room feels even more noticeable. Not a deal‑breaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re between sizes or prefer a snugger fit.Overall, they’re dependable, comfortable, and come in a nice variety of colors. A great value if you’re looking for reliable period protection with full coverage.

Soft, Comfortable, and Great Quality Period Underwear

The media could not be loaded.

I’m really happy with these period underwear. The fabric feels soft and high quality, and they are very comfortable to wear all day. The high-waist design gives great coverage and makes them feel secure without being tight.I haven’t had the chance to test them during my period yet, so I can’t speak about the absorbency, but comfort-wise they are excellent. They feel breathable and cozy enough for everyday use, not just for period days.Overall, they seem well made and comfortable, and I’m looking forward to trying them when I need them most. So far, I definitely recommend them for daily comfort and quality.
