I love these. I wore them on my first day (which is super heavy for me) and had them on for like 8 hours and they still felt dry. Not icky at all, which I was honestly worried about. They’re really comfortable, stretchy, and fit nice. Plus they’re easy to wash. Definitely recommend, especially for heavy days.

We like these period underwear. Unlike some that offer only partial front coverage, these have an extra layer extending all the way to the top. This additional coverage is especially helpful when pads can shift as you sleep and move around. It has prevented leaks while sleeping and provides a secure feeling during the day, eliminating worries about leaks. it also doesn't feel too tight or make any additional noise. I also appreciate that they can be machine washed and tumble dried. Highly recommended!

TIICHOO Period Underwear for Women BoyshortsI ordered my regular size for these undies. The fabric this underwear is made of has a lot of stretch to them and the fabric is soft.For the size of the undies the waistband could be a slight bit looser it isn't a deal breaker though. The waistband did give for regular daily bloating and was not too tight. The waistband came right under my belly button. The seam on the waistband was on the side instead of the back.These underwear are smooth fitting under scrubs and workout clothing. The legs on these undies are a good length to wear under clothing. The underwear fabric in the legs may stretch out a bit while wearing. They come through the wash good but I hang to dry them since they fit close to my normal size.I use these because I am an older woman and want back up for bladder protection. I can not comment on using these for your period. The absorbency was decent for bladder leaks and it is good protection overnight without using a pad.I wore these during my workouts. I walk an hour on my treadmill. I used a pad with them just in case. I had no issues. I sometimes need to stop and go to the bathroom I was comfortable without chafing while wearing these during my workout.I would not worry about leakage at work using these undies. I will be using these with a lighter pad as backup. I like where the fabric padding is placed and where the seams are located on these in the crotch. The protection comes up enough in the front and the back enough to be comfortable for me. I prefer a larger protection area and these work well. I would recommend this item even at a more expensive price asked per pair.

I liked everything about these except the elastic waistband. It’s just too tight. I stretch them out as hard as I can and it just tights back up and the pressure of the elastic gives me cramps. I’m just gonna have to cut it and put a small addition on. It just doesn’t make sense to have such a high tension thick elastic on something that goes right over the area of the pelvis where women bloat and have period cramps. They honestly make my cramps worse. I pull them off my belly and I feel fine, let go, cramps. Otherwise they feel plenty roomy. I think it I went up a size they would be too baggy. I’m only 140lb and I got a medium.

These are great! They are tight fitting which I really like. They do stretch out throughout wearing but not as bad as other brands. They are pretty leak proof for medium days too. I’m really happy with these!

These are so comfortable and they fit perfectly. These are on the thick side and the padding goes from the front to the back like a size 5 overnight pad so perfect for people with a slightly heavy period. They last me around 10-12 hours before I have to change them. I wore them without a pad and didn’t get any leaking. Just a little expensive but worth it if you’re tired of buying and running out of pads.

I really like the other tissue period underwear so I really thought I would try these out for postpartum C-section. I like the length on them (I got a medium) and the booty and die area seems to fit true to a medium… However, the waistband is slightly tighter than I expected, and it is not soft material like the rest of the underwear. Overall, I would recommend since I’m using it for temporary use, but with a pregnant belly, the waistband just did not work for me. I am 157 pounds (5’4”) after having a baby, pre-baby I was a small so the waistband fits this way because of the belly shelf after the C-section

I absolutely love these! They need time to get used to for sure, but once you get a feel for them they’re perfect.

Wowzer!! Way better than expected!!!I love a period pantie because of how heavy my menstrual cycle is. And these are great! They definitely hold more and there is no leakage compared to some of the more expensive brands I’ve bought, and they don’t feel like you have a tree between your legs! These are soft and comfortable and you can’t tell that you are wearing them even under tight clothing because of the silky material.They are thin and breathable so you don’t get too sweaty too.I knocked them down a star because the waist band is snug and leaves indents/creates a muffin top. It’s super stretchy no it’s not uncomfortable it just needs more leverage .

Runs small, I'm usually a large so I ordered a large, received a XL and they are tight. Still manageable but they are a little tight.

My husband bought these through his account, although I’m about to purchase another set, but through mine this time. These have been a Godsend. When these were bought I mostly had a heavy flow.But since I’ve switched to period underwear due to pads irritating my skin from switching from tampons for a more natural route, my periods have gotten better. It’s still heavy the first day in a half but almost nothing after that. My periods use to last 7 days and was heavy the entire time. I switched to pads, dealt with uncomfortable irritation and still had a pretty heavy flow for a few days, but still for mostly 7 days, and tampered off to about 6, sometimes 5. Since switching to these underwear though, well in general, doesn’t matter brand I suppose, my periods are only semi heavy for a day in a half, and light for the rest ending on day 4-5. Not saying these are the reason for such a big change, but possibly…Think about the products that use chemicals, and even the organic stuff… they mess with your body hormones, chemistry whatever else…and all that’s either in you or on your skin…but with the organic products they just never absorbed well…I’ve tried different brands, none ever worked for me. I dealt with constant leaks from both types of pads and tampons, but these underwear are literally so comfortable, I even wear them when I’m not on my period. But I never have to worry about leaks anymore, especially while I sleep. 🙌 That’s been a game changer. Not worried about leaking all over the sheets. They have held up amazing as this is my only set (5), and I have washed them tons and even in hot water and dried them, which actually I heard you’re not supposed to do, but like I said they’ve held up for almost a year now doing what you’re not “supposed” to do. Very well made. I feel they’re pretty affordable considering how expensive some can be, and sometimes just for one pair. Anyways, I feel they are true to size. I’m mostly a Medium in everything I wear and I bought these in a medium. If you’re on the fence about them like I was, just give them a shot. At first it’ll feel weird but you get use to them. And you really don’t feel any of the blood as it automatically gets absorbed. Only time you might feel anything, is if you have a heavy flow/with clots or it’s maxed out and it’s time to change. Other than that 10/10 recommend. You won’t regret the purchase.

I really like them. Fantastic alternative to wearing a thin pad all day for bladder issues. I did have to learn (after 3 pair tore) to be careful pulling up because the material is so soft it will rip away from the elastic. 2 bd package has been fine since I am more careful. Will order more!

Love love love these! They are so soft. The stretch allows for me to still feel comfortable in a medium, even when my belly is more inflamed during my period. I feel confident even on my heavy flow that it’s not going to leak through my clothes and like if I have a pad or if I have other brand that I’ve tried for period Underwear. this is a huge game changer. I feel like I sleep better at night, knowing that I’m covered from front back. Great quality.

These are great. Very comfy, and quite absorbent. They do seem to run a little large, and when I get another set I will go one size down (3x down to 2x. I'm a size 18-20-ish, for reference) but overall, I can't recommend these enough!

Fit is perfect, they are super absorbent! I was getting so fed up with going through a tampon or pad every hour or 2 post party, I wore these for an entire day, by themselves and they didnt leak!
