I'm not going to lie--I expected these to leak blood everywhere. I expected these to be exactly like all of the other panties that claim to be made for stopping blood or urine. Even name brand ones I've bought before do not work at all, but these ones do.I'm a medium to heavy bleeder and these held great. They lasted for ten to fourteen hours on my peek day. I have low iron issues, so I will bleed like a fast pace dripping faucet from time to time. I haven't tried these panties with that issue yet, but I'm sure they will work great. I would probably have to change them after 60-90 minutes of use because that's when I have to change a regular pad when I bleed like that. I figured I'd give the rating now after using them for two cycles, and update it later once I have one of those issues.I recommend washing them out with running water by hand right away once you take them off. It makes it much easier to clean in the washing machine later. I'll update the review if it turns out you can wash them only two or three times before they stop working.

Good Underwear that really holds a lot, it is a perfect fit and washes really easily. It is very soft and the height and width of it is perfect with a good support system. It functions really well and the material thickness is amazing. Great for going to the gym or for taking a run. Perfect for incontinence as it hasamazing padding on it. The material is soft and smooth and it is really very comfortable to wear.

Got these for my mother in law and she likes them. Stretchy, and she feels like they "hold her up". The absorption section is quite large and adds front to back coverage. Not sure how MUCH this will hold but definitely enough coverage to absorb the light trickles of having to hold it or coughing. Comfortable and looks like it'll be safe in the wash.

These are great - really nice fabric and such a well made set of underwear. Super comfortable and the lined part of the crotch is just the right amount of absorbency if you have slight or moderate leakage. The boy short fit also makes them feel extra secure and there are no panty lines or areas that bunch or grab you. Easy to wash either by hand or in the machines - these wear really well and seem to last a long time. Highly recommended!

This TIICHOO Incontinence Underwear fits mostly true to size. They do have a low rise fit. So if you have a tummy, you may want to order a larger size. The waistband is nice and wide. These underpants stay up without rolling down. The body of the underwear is 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. They feel so nice against your skin. The absorbent area is mostly polyester 48% with a blend of 25% cotton. Product is very comfortable. Fit-Flex design a stretchy, snug fit that adapts to body shape, making it comfortable for day-to-day wear. It moves with you, allowing freedom of movement, so it doesn’t feel restrictive. like regular underwear, so they are discreet and don’t feel bulky. They are thin, which makes them easier to wear under clothing, giving the wearer confidence. Most important is Super Absorbent Technology that locks in moisture and helps prevent leaks. We can wear this for extended periods without feeling wet or experiencing any leakage. They wash and dry very well. It is recommended that you do not use bleach or fabric softener when washing these garments. I feel that these are very well-made and very strong and durable. They will last a very long time.

I’ve fallen in love with these menstrual underwear. They’re so much more comfortable than pads or tampons. I don’t feel that slippage feeling when I’m asleep or sitting down, they hold a very decent amount of fluids, they just make my lady time a lot less annoying. They’re still breathable but can hold any leaks or possible odors. Make the switch!

Teenage daughter wrestles and needed some extra protection so I bought these and at first I thought no way these are too big but once she put them on she was surprisingly ok with them and said she would keep them, the crotch area kind of bunches up but she is small and skinny she is wearing them under singlets so the high waist isn’t an issue and the black undies honestly look like compression shorts and she said they were really comfy bought size medium she wears size 5 pants 5’6 and 135lbs plenty of room and stretch

Very comfortable fit, size guide correct, lightweight. I need max protection when I travel and this product accommodates a pad nicely when I’m on long excursions. Smooth backside and literally no show. For minimal leaks while waiting in any line, this product does a good job.

Absolutely love these, but giving 4 star because the sizing was confusing and I had to return for different size. I'm normally a size small US (27 waist 34 hips) but the size guide said I'm a large. I was torn what to do because some sizes completely lie so I bought these in medium, they were too tight and uncomfy. I returned and got a large and now I love them!Highly recommend these but only if you go up a size or 2 from your usual US size, or measure yourself and follow the size guide exactly. My guess is that these are Asia sizes and that's why some people are struggling with the sizing.

I've been wearing Knix leak proof and I find these more comfortable... I just ordered more and I hope they last awhile...

Die Slips machen einen sehr wertigen Eindruck und fühlen sich auf der Haut angenehm weich an.Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen:Schnitt & Passform: Besonders gut gefällt mir das Boxer-Design mit den angedeuteten Beinchen. Dadurch sitzt die Unterwäsche sehr sicher und verrutscht nicht. Der High-Waist-Schnitt ist gerade bei den typischen Perioden-Blähungen extrem komfortabel, da nichts einschneidet oder rollt.Sicherheit & Saugkraft: Ich nutze die Slips bisher hauptsächlich nachts, was wunderbar funktioniert. Man fühlt sich durch die gute Abdeckung sehr gut geschützt.Anwendungstipp: Bei sehr starker Periode und für den Arbeitsalltag würde ich zu Beginn – bis man ein Gefühl für die Kapazität entwickelt hat – zur Sicherheit zusätzlich ein Einwegprodukt oder eine Menstruationstasse empfehlen. Ich trage gerne an den schwächeren Tagen Periodenunterwäsche und konnte so schon eh fies an einwegprodukten sparen, das gefällt mir sehr gut. An starken Tagen bleib ich bei Tampons, weil ich das einfach angenehmer finde.Diese Periodensystem gefallen mir gut. Ich kann sie bisher bei 60 grad problemlos waschen und danach in den Trockner tun.Kleines Manko in meinen Augen ist, dass der saugfähige Teil vorne etwas höher sein könnte, gerade wenn man sie wirklich an starken Tagen trägt, würde das ein sichereres gegühl geben.

Das Tragegefühl ist natürlich ein anderes als bei herkömmlichen Produkten, und auch das Prozedere mit dem Auswaschen braucht am Anfang ein bisschen Routine. Das Material aus 95% Viskose und 5% Elasthan fühlt sich weich, atmungsaktiv und hautfreundlich an – kein chemischer Geruch, kein Kratzen, und es bleibt formstabil auch nach mehrmaligem Waschen in der Maschine (Trockner-tauglich). Der hohe Bund reicht bis zum Nabel, der Boxer-Shorts-Schnitt mit Beinsaum sitzt sicher, ohne einzuschnüren oder hochzurutschen, egal ob tagsüber unter Kleidung oder nachts im Bett, wobei sie hauptsächlich für Nachts beschafft habe.Die mehrlagige, schwarze Saugschicht (vorne und hinten hochgezogen) fasst bis zu 50 ml Flüssigkeit und hält bei mittlerer bis starker Blutung zuverlässig durch, ist dafür aber auch durchaus etwas dicker. Sie ersetzt Einwegprodukte effektiv, spart Müll und Geld langfristig, und zeichnet sich unter normaler Kleidung kaum ab, unter enger Kleidung ist dann die Einlage und auch die Hosenbeine ggf. auffällig, bzw. dafür nicht geeignet.Insgesamt ein hochwertiges, nachhaltiges Set mit Top-Tragekomfort und Sicherheit, das ich für starke Tage und die Nacht empfehle.
