These are life changers for men that have had prostate surgery

These are an excellent fit for my adult autistic family member who was concerned with incontinence. He is much more confident and self assured wearing these briefs.However, do not get these confused with TIICHOO briefs that are longer in the thigh. Those are thinner material and less ‘padding’ where there needs to be ‘padding’.

After prostate surgery and PT, I have zero bladder control. I wear depends with a guard and sometimes I still leak. These are quite comfortable and I wear them over the depends for extra protein. For someone who isn't this bad there's a pocket for your own shield after the absorbing fill.

I have this same brand of underwear for my little guy and I got a set for my man because he works long hours where he sweats and sometimes it chaffs. This is a great way to deal with that without having to wear anything extra. He likes them a lot and says they're really useful and well made. Super nice materials and very easy to wash. Would buy again.

I am recovering from a surgery which has led to issues. I have been looking for underwear like these. I am very pleased so far and will order another set. I am 5'8" and worth 155 pounds. I purchased medium and they fit perfectly even with a pad as additional protection.

These feel like regular boxer briefs but offer extra peace of mind for light bladder leaks. The fabric is soft and breathable, and the fit is snug without being tight. These cotton long-leg boxer briefs are really comfortable to wear — honestly, I was surprised. I usually wear BVDs, so when I saw these, I figured I’d give them a shot. The colors looked good and I liked that they were the long-leg type, so I thought, why not?When they arrived, I took them out and noticed there was some extra padding. At first, I was a little thrown off, but then I went back to the product page and realized it was part of the design. Either way, they fit comfortably, so I decided to wear them to work.They didn’t bunch up or ride up, which was a big deal for me. The last time I tried boxers like this, they kept squashing up — which is why I stayed away from them for a while. But these held up well.Overall, they fit great, they’re comfortable, and I might give them another shot. The only downside is the price — it’s a bit on the high side, especially considering they’re made for a pretty specific purpose. But comfort-wise, they delivered.

If you do a little dribbling like me, go ahead and try these out. These boxer briefs are so very soft. Recently tried out some swanky merino wool underwear, and these are almost as soft. The absorbent area forms a cup around your privates, but is still pretty comfortable. Better than Depends. There are some kinda picky laundry instructions to keep in mind - gotta soak them before washing and no fabric softener. After trying several kinds of absorbent underwear, these are my favorite so far.

These pair of underwear fit great and are very comfortable to wear. The sizing is spot on and is a great value for the money. The anti-chafing also works very well compared to some of my other underwear. For the times my disability has acted up the absorbency has been very adequate.

These fit well and comfortably. They’re not hot or stifling, they stay in place without creeping or falling down, and there’s no stuffing toilet paper in the front after urinating. That toilet paper solution was getting difficult to ignore when I found small wads of toilet paper around the house (or peeking out of a sweatpant cuff) or a wad went through the washing machine/dryer (big mess). These are the perfect solution— we never even talked about it. They went into rotation in his underwear drawer, he discovered his new underwear, he decided he liked the way they fit, and the toilet paper usage in the underwear just stopped. This is our second pack, and I’m very appreciative that this non-embarrassing and discreet solution to a common problem exists.

We got these not for the incontinence, but for anti chafing, and they work great for it. They're wicking and keep the thighs dry so no chafing. Hubby wore them at Disney and it kept him from getting what they call "Disney Chafing" which is awful, but nice he didn't chafe at all. They fit perfectly and he said they're pretty comfortable. If they made these for regular underwear, he'd probably buy more. They wash easy and are super durable and don't hold onto sweat smell, so I can only guess they'd be good for urine as well since neither smells too good. Great value

Sucks all the moisture away and just cool wearing underwear. The colors are bold and dark and they fit true to size. They washed perfectly and the waist stretches very well. It has like a moisture pad and it sucks up all the sweat without any issues.

I always read the Amazon reviews before I order anything. The star rating is just a guide, as someone could rate an item 5 stars, but I could rate it an 1 star or vice versa. The reason is an item could work for some but might not work for me at all.If someone is expecting this briefs to work like a diaper, he is looking for the wrong item. These briefs are quite light weight and comfortable without being bulky. The fit matters in this case. If the briefs fit too loose, then they would not work. However, there is no information of the sizes. Instead of taking a guess, I went to the TIICHOO Store link and checked a similar brief which has information on sizes. I am posting this information to save some researching if you are interested in getting these briefs.I am 70 something and 5’11”, weight 155 lb. My waist size is about 35”. So, I picked “XL” sizes according to the chart. The thigh shaft is just a little loose but not too lose. It fits me fine. The material is like my normal briefs. So, I have no issue of washing and wearing them.I am diabetic and do pee often. I seem to do better if I am out and about walking around but when I need to go, I need to go in a hurry. So far, accident is rare, but I would leak when I cough. Unfortunately, I cannot predict and control my cough. Flying on a long trip overseas always worry me. I always book aisle seats and close to the restrooms. These briefs should save me some embarrassments.

I think these are such a great idea for gentlemen, especially if you wear khakis or light or colored pants and just need a little extra fabric too be safe enough after you use the restroom because we have all been there when it might look like you washed your hands and it splashed on your pants, but we know that sometimes there’s just a little extra drip these underwear take care of that and they don’t feel bulky. They’re very soft. They wash and dry. Excellent they don’t shrink or lose their shape or anything. The price is a little high. I would bring it down at least to $40 but they must have their reasoning behind a $75 price tag however they do work very well for me and I’m super happy with the style. The comfort the fabric is so soft and they just feel and look like a regular pair of boxer briefs
