These are very comfortable and have good protection. They're a little spendy, but better in the long run than having to buy disposable and uncomfortable protectection.

My husband now wears them all the time! Just got them for "just in case" overnight.. he loves them, more confidence because of them. The medicine he is on can sometimes cause issues.. less of a problem now. TY

My dad is wearing these at night as extra protection over an adult diaper. They fit comfortably, are soft, and between these and bed pads, we’ve had zero emergency bedding changes/washes. For our purposes, they’re perfect. If used alone, I think they’d be sufficient for mild incontinence (urgency where you can’t quite make it, or leakage after urination), but I don’t think they’re up to the task of replacing an adult diaper in terms of total absorbency. They’re well made, wash well, stay soft, and aren’t embarrassing if someone sees them. They look like black knit boxers— you have to feel them (or fold them to put away when the thickness is noticeable) to know they’re not regular underwear. We’re pleased.

Extra thick underpants with a thick absorbent lining covering the entire groin region. Five in one pack is quite the deal. Very hick and very absorbent while still being soft to the touch. At 165 lbs, the medium did feel a bit snug around the waist.

I have had a few different TIICHOO Incontinence Boxer Briefs, those fit really nice. So I ordered the same size as I had prior. These claim to be boxer briefs, however they are more like briefs as they don't go down the leg as far. The waist area fits nicely, but the legs are a bit tight. I think I should've gone up a size for more comfortable fit around the legs. I would've ordered larger size had I known these run a bit smaller. I guess I'll know for next time I order these again.The size issue aside, I can get onto the real test. I have used other TIICHOO Incontinence Boxer briefs, but they didn't offer any type of bowel protection. I sometimes have issues with bowel leakage because of my medications. That's why I ordered these when I found them. I just wish they were actually boxer briefs.I subjected these to the same torture tests I have with the other incontinence products. Normally I wouldn't wear the same pair of underwear more than one day. The other incontinence products I tested wearing the same pair for three days in a row. I only had these on for two days, today is day three. I am pleased to say these incontinence underwear performed nicely. Normally I use a piece of toilet paper to dry myself (front) after using the restroom, I skipped that during the testing of these underwear. I haven't noticed any feel of wetness or smell. A regular pair of underwear fails after one restroom trip which can be embarrassing. This set of incontinence underwear offer protection for bowel issues as well. I have not had any restroom emergencies that require rear protection yet since trying these underwear. I'll have to return to this review once I have encountered that issue. I am sure these will perform just as well.These are washable and reuseable, which is way better than using disposable pads. The price of these may seem a bit high, but you'll save a lot of money not having to buy single use products. When I reorder these, I'll order a size up. I'm a rather large guy (350 pounds) and normally would choose a size 3XL, I ordered these as 2XL based on the comfort and fit of other TIICHOO products. These 2XL are comfortable, but squeeze my legs a bit more than I like. I do like that this set has a white striped band around the waist. The white stripes will help me differentiate the difference between these (with bowel protection) and my non white striped (bladder only protection).Overall, this set of TIICHOO Incontinence "boxer Briefs" are worth getting if you need incontinence protection for both bladder and bowel. I deducted one star since these are advertised as boxer briefs, but are more like briefs less boxer, and the fit running a little small.

They run just a little small so size up one. Great product and works “as advertised”.

My husband really like these boxer briefs. The material is really soft and cozy. Machine washable in cold water and air dried. Definitely worth the price and recommend

I love these underwear because they feel like just a heavy boxer brief and they are so soft and so comfortable. I wear them underneath everything.
